Music
1. Music available on our website can be used in any non-commercial non-profit project.
However, you are not allowed to use our music in an adult related or racism project.

If you'd like to purchase one or multiple tracks, please contact us for more information. When you have purchased a track, no credit is required and since you own a purchased track or may do whatever you want with it without additional royalties.

Templates
1. The source code of all our public published templates are published under the terms of the GNU General Public License which can be found here: http://www.gnu.org/copyleft/gpl.html . Please read them carefully and make sure you understand them before using our software.
2. Please notice that only the template source code of the public published templates are licensed under the GNU General Public License. This means that any music, any image or any other source code published on our website is not published under the GNU General Public License, but under our own Terms of Usage.
3. Every source code file published under the GNU General Public License starts with a license notice. A copy of the GNU General Public License is included in every template archive. If you disagree with the license, then do NOT use our software to prevent problems.

Terms when posting content
1. The owners of the website may remove any form of content and change any form of the content at any time without warning the original poster of the content.
2. The owners take no responsibility when the poster posts racism texts or any other illegal or harming content. Same counts for the used username.
3. Images posted on the website by other users than the owners are not copyright www.tunedstudios.com and we do not take any responsibility if the content of the image is illegal or harming in any way.
